Another favourite in the slow cooker, if I am going to be pushed for time in the morning, I put it all the pot, then fridge overnight and place in the slow cooker in the morning.
Recipe serves 4-6 depending on how hungry!!
1kg braising steak cut into large chunks
4 tbsp Barts Massaman curry paste
2 x 400ml can of coconut cream
450g salad potatoes cut into chunks
2 x onions finely sliced
4 x kaffir lime leaves
1 x cinnamon stick
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker for 6 hours.
Serve with Jasmine rice and finely shredded red chilli. Enjoy!
