I put this in the slow cooker and was delicious. The recipe said 1/2 a jar of the spicy jerk paste but I would use the whole jar if you like it spicy!
750g pork shoulder cut into cubes
1 onion finely chopped
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp plain flour
1x 90g jar of spicy jerk paste
750ml chicken stock
750g sweet potato, peeled and chopped into large chunks
2 red peppers cut into large chunks
Handful of chopped flat leaf parsley and soured cream to serve
Pop all ingredients into slow cooker and place on low setting for 6 hours. I thicken the juices with a little cornflour.
Serve with soured cream and sprinkle of parsley 🙂
