This is so tasty, low calorie and super quick to make!
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, thickly sliced
250g fillet steak, thinly sliced
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 garlic clove grated
250g pouch of microwave long grain rice
2 spring onions, sliced
1 red chilli thinly sliced
Heat the oil in a frying and cook the onion for 5 mins over a medium heat until soft.
Mix together the teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic and a tbsp of water. Add to the onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the steak and cook for another 2 minutes. Whilst the steak is cooking, cook the rice as per instructions.
Once rice is cooked, divide between 2 Bowls, spoon over the meat and garnish with the spring onions and chilli.
