A tick off the fabulist – Go Trampolining

I always enjoyed trampolining at school and even took part in a sponsored 24 hour bounce. I think it was for Sports Aid and was before puberty struck and I got boobs!

After a google search I saw the closest one was Energi at Preston.  A conversation with our friends The Winkleys and a date was set to go.  Their daughters Niamh and Erin joining me.  It is a great spot with lots of trampolines in a row and a air bag.  The air bag just means you fling yourself off and get swallowed up in the marshmallowy type of cushion.  Good fun though getting back up again is a challenge.

Slots are booked in hour slots and costs £8.95 per hour.  It is good fun, doing a type of split in the air was the limit of my acrobatics.  Erin did try her best to teach me to do a flip,  I think she was disappointed that I could only manage a cartwheel and a roly poly!!

After 50 minutes of bouncing I was exhausted and was definitely feeling calorie neutral in preparation for my early Indian dinner.  Great fun and will definitely go again.
