Such an easy recipe and after tasting, I’m so having tinned pears as a store cupboard staple.
2 tins of pears
100g morning plain chocolate chopped
100g golden syrup
Pre heat oven to 180°
Drain pears (reserve 3 tbsp of the juice) and place into a 22cm shallow dish. Drizzle over the saved syrup over the pears.
Melt the butter and Syrup. Add to the oats and then quickly stir in the chocolate.
Scatter the oat mixture over the pears. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with ice cold double cream.
