Week 5

So as the image says, it takes 4 weeks to notice a change in your body. 4 weeks of training and yes I can see a difference in my body. It’s not been easy but if it was easy everyone would be toned.

As with previous weeks, a check on my plan and how I am going to fit in this weeks training. Timings meant that I didn’t get to my usual classes but I did get to go to Kettlebells.

This week have finally felt some fitness coming back. I managed to get my long run done on Saturday morning. It was a lovely day and luckily no sign of storm Ciara. As I write she is battering against the window. Feeling smug!
